Evans Bakery started as a passion project in my home kitchen, born from a love of slow fermentation & the magic of simple ingredients. I bake each loaf by hand using traditional sourdough methods which means no shortcuts, no preservatives, just flour, water, salt, and time.
As a mom and self-taught baker, I believe in the joy of good bread and good community. Every bake is small-batch, made with care, and meant to be shared.
